Water's Edge at Lucien Lake has welcomed many new families. Infrastructure installation for all lots, up to each property line, has been completed effective October 2009 (Sask Power, Sask Energy, SaskTel and Lucien Lakeshore Drive all season road). All lots are now titled and available for immediate possession. Purchasers are responsible for their own legal costs associated with the purchase of a lot and GST will be added to the purchase price of the lot. Each lot owner will have to supply a permitted and regulated septic system at their cost. The subdivision has all weather roads but each purchaser is responsible for the costs associated with the construction of a driveway to their lot and a culvert as per engineering designs that have been completed by the developer. Annual taxes are not determined until after the property and any improvements have been assessed.
