are very appealling to those that don't want to invest in a cabin or cottage but don't want the hastles of renting or leasing a trailer site.

 

BUYER INCENTIVES

OPTION 1 - AVAILABLE TO ALL LOT PURCHASERS

Willow Point Resort Properties will provide financing for interested buyers. 

     - 10% deposit must be submitted with purchase contract
     - 25% down payment at time of title transfer
     - Semi-annual payments over 5 years
     - Interest rate floating at RBC prime plus 2.5%
Title will be transferred to new owner at time of purchase.  Mortgage will be applied to title.

OPTION 2 - AVAILABLE TO SECOND ROW LOT PURCHASERS (Blocks 4, 5, 6)

     - A dock, on the water, will be made available at no charge for a period of three years  to anyone purchasing a second row lot.  After the third year a maintenance fee will apply.

     - There is also a municipal tax moratorium on these lots for a period of 5 years starting  in 2010.
