When I'm not working, I enjoy life on a farm outside Melfort with my husband and two adult children. I am an active community volunteer, a voracious reader, and I love travelling and visiting with family and friends. (I also self-proclaim to be a coffee addict!)

I'm Eleah Sims, an Associate Broker and Salesperson at Realty Executives Gateway Realty. Born and raised in Melfort, I have a deep knowledge and love for this community and the surrounding areas. My lifelong connection to the region gives me a special enthusiasm and a desire to make Melfort feel like home for others. My husband, Joel, and I live here with our two daughters, Noa and Evelyn. When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, decorating our home, trying out new foods, attending church events, and watching NFL football with Joel.

I am the Administrator, and I handle all of the receptionist duties. I am the creative and highly organized person who keeps the office running seamlessly. As a key operational pillar, I handle all critical day-to-day functions, from managing paperwork, answering communications, and greeting clients, to preparing thoughtful possession day gifts. Beyond providing vital administrative support to our agents, I am the creative mind behind all our social media platforms, continually learning and producing engaging content that helps keep Gateway competitive and prepared for the future.

I bring a positive, outgoing, and selfless personality to the team. I am constantly looking for ways to revamp our current systems, and I truly value new information, which allows me to drive innovation within the office. My approach is guided by deep kindness and a commitment to client happiness. As I believe, if I can make a 1% impact on someone else today, then I know I can make a better tomorrow. I find fulfillment in the process of assisting clients, and I am deeply committed to being part of each client's home journey.

When I step away from the office, I am a dedicated outdoor enthusiast. I love spending time on the lake, hiking, and catching fish at my favourite spots. In the winter, I enjoy snowmobiling and skiing.
