Willow Point Resort Properties is a subdivision located  on the west side of Lake Lenore also known as St.  Brieux Lake.  This subdivision offers residential lots, both waterfront and 2nd row, as well as RV/Park Model trailer lots. Each residential lot has it's own unique feature and picturesque view of the lake.  The dynamics of each lot provide for many building options to suit each individual purchaser.  Building Restrictions do apply.


Taking into account the ever increasing demand for RV and Park Model trailer sites, Willow Point Resort Properties recently completed Phase III and IV, which increased titled RV and Park Model trailer lots.  Each lot includes electrical, gas and telephone connections to the lot property line.  These lots are very appealling to those that don't want to invest in a cabin or cottage but don't want the hastles of renting or leasing a trailer site.
 

BUYER INCENTIVES

OPTION 1 - AVAILABLE TO ALL LOT PURCHASERS

Willow Point Resort Properties will provide financing for interested buyers. 

     - 10% deposit must be submitted with purchase contract
     - 25% down payment at time of title transfer
     - Semi-annual payments up tpo 10 years (very flexible financing terms)
     - Interest rate floating at RBC prime plus 2.5%
Title will be transferred to new owner at time of purchase.  Mortgage will be applied to title.

OPTION 2 - AVAILABLE TO SECOND ROW LOT PURCHASERS (Blocks 4, 5, 6)

     - A dock, on the water, will be made available at no charge for a period of three years  to anyone purchasing a second row lot.  After the third year a maintenance fee will apply.

ST. BRIEUX

The town of St. Brieux has all the amenities.  It has a K - 12 school, a seniors drop-in centre, a level 4 special care home, grocery store, gas stations, bowling alley, ice arena, restaurants plus many more.  The Regional Park is also an important feature of the community providing a nine-hole golf course, putting green, driving range, mini-golf, walking trails, beach, boat launch and camping facilities.
